Why we built it
We could have bought project software and given clients a read-only view of it. The problem is that internal tools are written for the people doing the work, and reading one as a client means wading through detail that is not yours to care about.
So the portal shows the shape of the work — where a project is, what needs your decision, what the numbers did — and leaves the internal machinery out. You get the answer, not the workings.
